Feedback Information:
– When you submit feedback through our in-app feedback form, we may collect:

This information is processed through Sentry.io and is used solely to improve our app and respond to your feedback.

2. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

Device and Usage Information:
– We automatically collect certain technical information to provide and improve our Service:
* Device type and operating system
* App crashes and error reports (processed through Sentry.io)
* App performance data
* Push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens)

Push Notification Data:
– To deliver push notifications, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token on your device
– Your notification preferences and subscription topics are stored locally on your device
– No personal information is associated with these tokens

3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect:
– Personal identification information (except when voluntarily provided in feedback)
– Location data
– Contact information
– Photos, videos, or other media from your device
– Browsing history or app usage analytics
– Social media information

– This data is not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly needed for app functionality

Third-Party Services:
– Crash reports and feedback are processed through Sentry.io
– Push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging
– Content is retrieved from our church website and associated services

– Local app data is retained until you delete the app from your device

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You have the following rights regarding your information:

– Notification Control: You can enable or disable push notifications through your device settings or within the app
– Feedback Data: Contact information provided in feedback forms is voluntary
– App Data: You can clear all local app data by uninstalling and reinstalling the app
– Access and Deletion: Contact us to request access to or deletion of any feedback data we may have

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
